Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturdays, 9am to 2pm — though the crews are usually out on a Saturday, so the office is the quieter half. Sunday and bank-holiday moves can be arranged with notice, and some Peninsula buildings restrict weekend moving hours, which we check with them rather than guess.
Messages left outside those hours are picked up the next working morning. If your move is imminent and something has gone wrong, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top of the pile.
Where we are
We work out of Greenwich, covering SE10, SE3 and SE7 and the wider Royal Borough. Surveys happen at your property rather than at an office, so there is rarely a reason to visit us — but the address appears on every written quote.
